This form guides the process for requesting the instructional technology tool/s that you require for the course/subject you are teaching. You can request technology equipment – software/hardware, web programs, and any other online services to achieve your intended teaching and learning goals.

Note: Please submit one tool request per form. To ensure that the technology tool you’re requesting aligns with your intended learning needs, it’s important to first review the Digital Toolkit and consider the tools recommended there. This will help you determine if any of the recommended tools already meet your needs before submitting a request for a new tool.

The relevant committee will review your request, which typically takes 6-8 weeks. Approval of your request will depend on several factors, such as resource availability, cost, compatibility with the current structure, legal and safety compliance, and other factors that justify the need for the requested resource.
