Gmail is a free email service provided by Google. It allows users to send and receive email messages over the internet.Gmail can be used for communication between students and teachers, as well as for sharing documents and other important information. Teachers can use Gmail to send out class announcements and reminders, communicate with parents, and provide feedback to students on their work. Students can use Gmail to submit assignments and collaborate with classmates on group projects.
Additionally, Gmail’s spam filters and security features can help ensure that students and teachers receive only relevant and safe content in their inbox, reducing the risk of phishing attempts and other security threats.

  • Send and receive emails.

Permissions/Restrictions

  • Students of classes 1-5 can send and receive emails only from our approved domains i.e. (bh.edu.pk, beaconhouse.net, tns.edu.pk , newlands.net)
  • Students of classes 6- A level can send and receive emails from our approved and external domains.
